After you submit a booking request, you'll receive an immediate confirmation email with a reference number. A team member will then call you within 30 minutes (during business hours) to finalize details.

You are charged for a minimum of 2 hours, even if the job takes less time. After the first 2 hours, we bill in 15-minute increments. This allows us to guarantee fair pay for our crew while keeping rates low for you.

No deposit is required for standard moves. Payment is due at the end of the job. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and Venmo. For large commercial moves, a small deposit may be requested.

None. The hourly rate covers the crew and all basic equipment (dollies, straps, blankets). Travel time within 30 miles of our base is free. The only potential extra is if you add packing services or specialty item handling.

Tipping is never required but always appreciated. If your crew did an excellent job, a tip of $5–$10 per mover per hour is common. You can add a tip when paying by card or give cash directly to the crew.

We are a labor-only moving service. We do not provide the truck, but we can recommend affordable rental partners and help you choose the right size. Our crew will load and unload your rental truck or container.

Every crew arrives with dollies, hand trucks, moving blankets, stretch wrap, ratchet straps, and basic disassembly tools. We have everything needed to protect your belongings and work efficiently.

No, we don't charge extra for stairs. Our hourly rate is the same regardless of how many flights there are. However, stairs may increase the total time needed, which is why we recommend the right crew size for walk-up apartments.

Yes. We have specialized crews trained for piano moving, gun safes, and high-value antiques. There is a flat fee of +$150 for piano moves and +$75 for safes over 400 lbs. Please mention these items when booking.

Yes. We carry basic carrier liability coverage, which provides protection at $0.60 per pound per item. Additional valuation coverage is available upon request. We also encourage you to check your homeowner's or renter's insurance policy.

In the rare event of damage, notify your crew lead immediately. We'll document it and file a claim. Our team is trained to handle items with extreme care, and damage is very uncommon.

If you add our packing service, we bring all boxes, paper, bubble wrap, tape, and labels at no extra charge. If you're packing yourself, we can deliver boxes and supplies for a flat fee before moving day.

Yes, basic disassembly and reassembly of beds, tables, and other standard furniture is included in our hourly rate. Complex assembly (like IKEA furniture) may require additional time, which we're happy to do.
