You may cancel or reschedule your move at no charge up to 4 hours before your scheduled start time. After that, a cancellation fee may apply. This policy ensures our crew is fairly compensated for reserved time.

Refund Policy

Since no payment is collected until the job is complete, most cancellations require no refund. If a deposit was placed (commercial moves only), it will be refunded in full when you cancel within the free window. Deposits cancelled after the free window are non‑refundable.

Exceptions & Special Cases

  • Severe Weather: If the city of Chicago declares a weather emergency, we waive all cancellation fees.
  • Building Restrictions: If your building denies access or elevator reservations fail, please notify us immediately. Fees are evaluated case‑by‑case.
  • Medical Emergencies: We're human. Call us, and we'll work with you.
