You may cancel or reschedule your move at no charge up to 4 hours before your scheduled start time. After that, a cancellation fee may apply. This policy ensures our crew is fairly compensated for reserved time.

Reply to your confirmation email or write to [email protected]. Include your booking reference.
Refund Policy
Since no payment is collected until the job is complete, most cancellations require no refund. If a deposit was placed (commercial moves only), it will be refunded in full when you cancel within the free window. Deposits cancelled after the free window are non‑refundable.
Exceptions & Special Cases
- Severe Weather: If the city of Chicago declares a weather emergency, we waive all cancellation fees.
- Building Restrictions: If your building denies access or elevator reservations fail, please notify us immediately. Fees are evaluated case‑by‑case.
- Medical Emergencies: We're human. Call us, and we'll work with you.
